  36. Libby...learn some more Romanian (she later says this is what Andrei and his friends speak so I assume it's what his mom speaks)

  44. I do appreciate that Paul's mom is saying she'll babysit, but that Paul shouldn't be using his son to guilt her
  45. Paul's mom has been telling him she won't help so idk if he actually heard her now
  46. Paul's eyes look evil
  47. Asuelu...why did you come back to the house if you weren't gonna go to the party?

  66. Tania, yeah it is confusing when someone doesn't know what their commitment is to you...but you did the same thing
  67. If being free means being able to pack your stuff and leave...then you shouldn't be in a committed relationship
  68. The editors decided to overlay her saying she's stressed out with her suntanning and drinking
  69. Eric was in a preview...we knew he was coming back
  70. Larissa dumped him via text?
  71. Wait Larissa filed a police report against him?
  72. Eric's eyes creep me out
  73. Paul talks to Karine like she's a child
  74. Paul still seems to know any Portuguese
  75. Paul...all the variety of goods is only useful if you have money
  76. Paul, Karine knows that you are saving money but her point is that you don't have the money to spend it now
  77. PAUL JUST LISTEN TO KARINE
  78. Paul, this is worse than Karine's life in Brazil
  79. You don't know about the plumbing? Aren't you selling it?
  80. The trailer is certainly a better option

  82. Wait...are they all staying in one room?
  83. Colt, you could've had Jess help you with translation
  84. I cannot believe Colt said that they can have sex because his mom is hard of hearing
  85. Low, it shouldn't be hard to not get violent
  86. Jess does not understand Debbie and Colt's relationship because it's not normal
  87. Ah so it's a theme this season of travelling
  88. Angela looks like Elton John
  89. Michael, honestly, Angela can't live in Nigeria right now because she takes care of her mom, daughter, and six grandkids
  90. Welp...til next time!

Starting my parental journey, part 9

I've officially begun my second cycle. On Wednesday, I had a virtual appointment, yesterday I had my baseline ultrasound, and today I began injections again. On Wednesday, I expressed my concern about my weight and was told not to fret about it for this cycle but that I should work on it for my health. I got told some vague things about measuring my food by volume and weight and that being the key the weight loss (idk it sounded weird to me). But other than that my appointment went well and I really liked the PA I met with. Overall, she was supportive and encouraging me to advocate for myself. Yesterday, I had to get up earlier than normal (6am) so I could make it to my ultrasound at 7am (I have asked for future ultrasounds to be at 8am). I got weighed (ugh), had my blood drawn, and t...

Starting my parental journey, part 8

Now, that may sound like I'm bailing out of my fertility journey, but it's actually the opposite. In order to get everything ready for the egg retrieval, I need to hop on birth control for a little bit and then hop off. It feels a bit odd to be taking oral birth control, have a birth control arm implant, and be getting ready for an egg retrieval--but that's how it goes (for me at least--getting to keep the arm implant is rare or so I'm told). People have asked me how I'm feeling about this round of egg retrieval and honestly, I haven't thought about it much yet. I am focused on a big stressful event for work and then C2E2 (Chicago Comics and Entertainment Expo--basically, Chicago's Comic-Con) which I attend every year.
