Thoughts on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way season 2, episode 6

So this episode is called "Don't Grumpy Stop." Let's see where the name comes in (see #27)!

  1. What if we went inside the apartment first?
  2. Okay so the apartment isn't great and it is very suspicious if a place doesn't look like the pictures, but this isn't as bad as I feared it would be
  3. Jihoon, I'm glad you realize you've made mistakes but now you need to change
  4. Wait wait wait, I thought Armando told his parents that Hannah already knew they were moving
  5. Okay, I'm glad Hannah is excited for the move
  6. I love how both spinoffs right now are featuring a mom going with her son to Latin America
  7. I feel like Tim's mom is being judgy considering it was her son who messed up
  8. I'm excited to see Biniyam and Ariela together because I, at the moment, have no idea if they are a good couple
  9. I am wondering why Biniyam isn't ocming to the US, mostly because that would make it more likely that he could see his other child
  10. They do seem excited to see each other
  11. 11 hours a day is the plan?
  12. Alabama is not cold
  13. Do you not know what an emu is?
  14. Armando, it's also okay to say you want alone time with Kenneth first
  15. Oh, Armando, your dad should say bye to you (but also, aren't you coming back in a week?)
  16. How is Tim's title card not in focus?
  17. Therapy isn't a bad idea
  18. Well I wonder if Tim is gonna go all in
  19. Sumit, Jenny is 30 years older than you and just flew across the world...you don't get to be the tired one
  20. TLC...what was that random street fight you filmed?
  21. Jenny, you haven't learned to say thank you?
  22. Yeah, Sumit, I get that getting the paperwork is hard but so is moving across the world
  23. Ariela...it's night time...it's gonna be dark
  24. Also, Ariela, you can redecorate
  25. His shoes are taking up so much space for a bathroom that is soon gonna be used by two adults and a baby
  26. Ariela's stress laughing is weird
  27. Aha the title is Jihoon talking to Deavan
  28. That translator thing isn't great
  29. Deavan wants you to be able to support them
  30. Kenneth and Armando's place looks great
  31. I really hope Kenneth and Armando work out
  32. I'm 0% shocked that Sumit lied about how long it could take to get a divorce
  33. The conditions of the apartment are something Ariela could've known through video chat
  34. Yazan and Brittany are gonna keep bringing the drama
  35. Until next week!

I've officially begun my second cycle. On Wednesday, I had a virtual appointment, yesterday I had my baseline ultrasound, and today I began injections again. On Wednesday, I expressed my concern about my weight and was told not to fret about it for this cycle but that I should work on it for my health. I got told some vague things about measuring my food by volume and weight and that being the key the weight loss (idk it sounded weird to me). But other than that my appointment went well and I really liked the PA I met with. Overall, she was supportive and encouraging me to advocate for myself. Yesterday, I had to get up earlier than normal (6am) so I could make it to my ultrasound at 7am (I have asked for future ultrasounds to be at 8am). I got weighed (ugh), had my blood drawn, and t...

Now, that may sound like I'm bailing out of my fertility journey, but it's actually the opposite. In order to get everything ready for the egg retrieval, I need to hop on birth control for a little bit and then hop off. It feels a bit odd to be taking oral birth control, have a birth control arm implant, and be getting ready for an egg retrieval--but that's how it goes (for me at least--getting to keep the arm implant is rare or so I'm told). People have asked me how I'm feeling about this round of egg retrieval and honestly, I haven't thought about it much yet. I am focused on a big stressful event for work and then C2E2 (Chicago Comics and Entertainment Expo--basically, Chicago's Comic-Con) which I attend every year. Because of these two events (one stressful, one fun), I del...
