  2. Take a real coffee break. Make a warm drink and sip it while sitting in a chair, not at your computer
  3. Take a walk around the block
  4. Give yourself a head massage
  5. Wash your face
  6. Do a short meditation video
  7. Play soothing sounds
  8. Ask your friends to send you cute animal pictures
  9. Ask your friends to send you funny videos
  10. Brush your hair and re-do it
  11. Write a postcard to someone
  12. Send someone you've been thinking about a text
  13. Journal
  14. Shut your eyes for five minutes with nothing playing
  15. Get up and stretch
