Some seasons of survivor (aka season 27) have a theme (aka "Blood vs. Water" where every player is related to, by blood or marriage, to another player). Here are 15 themes I think could be pretty great to watch (side note, I could not find a compilation of logos that included season 51...sigh): Arctic: Season that leaves Fiji for a frigid environment (obviously, players would be given more supplies and/or shelter for this season) Break the Record: Season where anyone who breaks a previous challenge record immunity even if someone else is the last standing (e.g. two players could beat a previous record with one still doing better than the other--in that case, both would win immunity) From Beyond: Season where eliminated players (before jury begins) are able to bestow a certain number of advantages to remaining players where there is a reward system for if the eliminated players gives an advantage to the ultimate sole survivor. Here are some short pieces based on things that have happened in my life recently.  Find Me a Find? My first month of having an active matchmaker has been brilliantly uneventful. At this point, I am fairly disappointed in her communication (which has been supremely minimal). At first, I wrote to her just to confirm we were all good to go. She responded a few days later sharing that she had been out of office, but would start my weekly Friday updates on the 11th. Well, the 11th came and went. So, the following Tuesday, I wrote to her to check in, apologizing if I was pestering. She reassured me that I wasn't pestering and that she "normally" sent weekly updates anyways. So, my friends and I watched the season premiere on Thursday. Here are a random collection of questions, hopes, and other thoughts on this season premiere I had after watching. Yes, I know that Survivor 's 51st season premiered Wednesday night, but my friends and I watch on streaming on Thursdays (or that's the plan!). So here are a random collection of questions, hopes, and other thoughts on this season premiere I had before watching. Why are there 21 players but two announced tribes (and it's been a while since there have just been two tribes I believe)? What's that odd person out going to do? So, due to me unpacking, I discovered my old Degrassi: The Next Generation  bucket hat. That made me want to rewatch the show, so here are a random collection of thoughts I had as I rewatched all of season 1 an d 14 epis odes of season 2. Here are some short pieces based on things that have happened in my life recently.  The Gifts are...Somewhere? I hate moving so much that towards the end of the process, I just threw things into bags or boxes as they fit, which room they'd come from or which room they'd go to be damned. However, this means that some things are still to be uncovered. And I don't know if this is the case for you, but I have about one billion loved ones with September birthdays (okay, 11 but that IS a lot!). So, I have quite a few birthday presents that I know I've bought (not only do I remember buying them, but I have a spreadsheet recording what I've bought), but have not retrieved from the various piles yet.
