15 goals and reflections on my 1,000th post

Seems like a good time to reflect.

1. I honestly can't believe I made it to 1,000
2. If you read my blog, I'll love you forever (even if you just read some of the posts)
3. I want to keep this blog up (let's make it to 2,000 huh?)
4. I'm glad that I let myself do a mix of kinds of writing, it helps me not give up
5. I want to keep writing my cozy mystery
6. I like having a mix of my prompts and others
7. I have a box of prompts from a friend I haven't even opened yet...oops!
8. I think my favorite writing has come out of being prompt by others
9. I'm glad I'm trying my hand at poetry and songs
10. Flickr remains a dear friend of this blog
11. I should do some random public domain searches on Flickr for prompts (or have people submit them)
12. If you have favorite posts, let me know! I'll consider sprucing them up and submitting them
13. I need to submit more of my work even to just be in the practice of it
14. I should continue to be kind to myself when I fall behind in posts otherwise I'll never catch up
15. I'm proud
