Not sure what's gonna happen on this episode because the last episode ended in a season (instead of episode) preview.

  10. Lol that last season, they just vacationed in Mexico (?) and now they have to do like survival activities

  19. Brandon, do you think that Julia's parents have to live together?
  20. Josh, Natalie hasn't seen your house...you haven't given her access to your life
  21. Do the couples have water?
  22. Sophie, you should tell Natalie about Josh (although Natalie is not 3x your age)
  23. Wait, I don't think the couples are ready for a day with no therapy
  24. Jasmine, if you don't want Gino to know about Matt, maybe don't talk to Matt on camera
  25. Next time people gossip about Sophie's body
  26. Next time the couples go party
  27. Next time Julia dances on the bar and Brandon gets mad
  28. Next time Bini and Jasmine dance and Ari gets mad
  29. Next time Sophie and Josh talk and Natalie spills Sophie's drink
  30. Next time Jasmine and Natalie get into it and Florian and Bini intervene?

I'm angry

I'm angry. And I don't (at the moment) want to be talked out of it. I struggle, often, with expressing or even just sitting with my emotions. I feel like even the photo I chose for this post was more reserved or toned down than how I feel.  But, this is my trying. I'm not going to time this post, just going to write until I feel done, whenever that may be. In this post, I'm going to focus on the anger I feel around my dad and my dad's death. Though, don't get me wrong, I'm also angry about a lot of things going on in my city, in my country, and in the world. My dad chose alcohol over me and my brother. There is no way around this fact. Yes, when I am less angry, I can be more reasonabl and recognize that addiction is a disesase and he didn't have control over it. But, right now, I want to be angry. I want to get to be angry. I want to get to feel my feelings. I don't want to rationalize, I don't want to be reasonable, I don't want to be fair....
