Thoughts on 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort season 2, episode 3

Time for a dramatic night out.

  1. Jasmine is just ignoring Gino
  2. Jasmine, the history with Gino is bad--GIVE UP
  3. Okay, I feel like the producers prompted Julia to gather the folks for the club
  4. I agree that Natalie is focused on the wrong person
  5. Wow Julia and Ari are giving bad advice
  6. Okay complimenting earrings isn't that weird, but I get that it's not enough from Gino
  7. Oof are Julia and Brandon not a match
  8. Josh, it's fair enough that you have familial obligations, but like why are you on this show at all?
  9. Brandon, you knew Julia was a go-go dancer before marrying her
  10. Florian, your face didn't change when you did that
  11. Natalie, your eyes are so intense
  12. Okay, Natalie may be being rude to the wrong person, but like Josh is bad
  13. Josh, I don't buy your story
  14. Okay I'm glad Ari is giving Bini his passwords
  15. Natalie, not cool
  16. How did Bini get out here?
  17. Next time there is sex therapy and I will cringe so hard
  18. Next time Brandon tells Julia she "was dressed like a whore"
  19. Next time Natalie gets ready to apologize? (Probably not)
  20. Next time Jasmine talks about opening up the relationship?

I've officially begun my second cycle. On Wednesday, I had a virtual appointment, yesterday I had my baseline ultrasound, and today I began injections again. On Wednesday, I expressed my concern about my weight and was told not to fret about it for this cycle but that I should work on it for my health. I got told some vague things about measuring my food by volume and weight and that being the key the weight loss (idk it sounded weird to me). But other than that my appointment went well and I really liked the PA I met with. Overall, she was supportive and encouraging me to advocate for myself. Yesterday, I had to get up earlier than normal (6am) so I could make it to my ultrasound at 7am (I have asked for future ultrasounds to be at 8am). I got weighed (ugh), had my blood drawn, and t...

Starting my parental journey, part 8

Now, that may sound like I'm bailing out of my fertility journey, but it's actually the opposite. In order to get everything ready for the egg retrieval, I need to hop on birth control for a little bit and then hop off. It feels a bit odd to be taking oral birth control, have a birth control arm implant, and be getting ready for an egg retrieval--but that's how it goes (for me at least--getting to keep the arm implant is rare or so I'm told). People have asked me how I'm feeling about this round of egg retrieval and honestly, I haven't thought about it much yet. I am focused on a big stressful event for work and then C2E2 (Chicago Comics and Entertainment Expo--basically, Chicago's Comic-Con) which I attend every year. Because of these two events (one stressful, one fun), I del...
