Time for some truths!

  1. Lisa, a roller coaster already is a BAD sign
  2. Wow, Lisa, this is a LOT of details that I do NOT need
  3. WE DON'T NEED TO BE HERE FOR THIS LEVEL OF INTIMATE TALK
  4. Well, Forrest meeting Sheena's family is super awkward
  5. Wow, Sheena's family has money
  6. Yeah, Aviva, Stig is allowed to have exes that he writes songs about
  7. Birkan, it is sketch
  8. Laura...this is so clear what he's doing
  9. Rick must be good at it I guess (though, once again, I don't need to know this)
  10. Aw, what a cute lizard
  11. Rick, you're being a jerk
  12. Trisha does like you for you, until you start being a jerk
  13. Lisa, yes, the chickens are being sold for food
  14. Omg Lisa, I do kind of love that you had your chickens watching TV

  16. Aviva, you are not a good dancer (though, to be fair, neither am I)
  17. Aviva, I'm on Stig's side tbh

  20. Rick is right in that this place looks beautiful
  21. Okay, in one of those photos of Rick's ex-wife, she has wild eyes
  22. Also, given that we're seeing photos of the ex-wife, I wonder if we're gonna see her on the show
  23. Trisha seems genuinely sweet, which makes it all the worse that Rick is a bad
  24. Yes, Rick, you HAVE to tell her, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because you told us, the audience
  25. The US government should do more to support people with disabilities
  26. Not clear why Sheena's dad gave the blessing TBH
  27. Yeah, I get why Forrest is concerned both about Sheena's dynamic with her family and about his mom meeting Sheena's family
  28. Aviva, Stig is right, how do you think you handled this well?
  29. I will give Birkan this, this is a great idea for a date
  30. Laura, Birkan is right...you are in love with Michal
  31. Daniel does seem to somehow be rescuing this night...
  32. Yes, Lisa, if you tell Daniel's uncle the truth, he will not give you his blessing...but like...you also shouldn't marry Daniel
  33. Next time Rick and Trisha once again talk about having kids
  34. Next time Anna asks for proof that Jovon has stopped talking to the woman he used to have feelings for
  35. Next time Birkan's friends urge him to come clean with Laura
  36. Next time Molly and Dev arrive at Sheena's family's home
  37. Next time Molly confronts Sheena's dad about allegedly mistreating Sheena
  38. Next time Daniel's uncle asks Lisa directly about being a lesbian
  39. Next time should be good
  40. Can't wait!

I'm angry

I'm angry. And I don't (at the moment) want to be talked out of it. I struggle, often, with expressing or even just sitting with my emotions. I feel like even the photo I chose for this post was more reserved or toned down than how I feel.  But, this is my trying. I'm not going to time this post, just going to write until I feel done, whenever that may be. In this post, I'm going to focus on the anger I feel around my dad and my dad's death. Though, don't get me wrong, I'm also angry about a lot of things going on in my city, in my country, and in the world. My dad chose alcohol over me and my brother. There is no way around this fact. Yes, when I am less angry, I can be more reasonabl and recognize that addiction is a disesase and he didn't have control over it. But, right now, I want to be angry. I want to get to be angry. I want to get to feel my feelings. I don't want to rationalize, I don't want to be reasonable, I don't want to be fair....
