Thoughts on RuPaul's Drag Race season 15, episode 6

Time for a girl group challenge!

  1. Luxx was a very worthy winner
  2. Hey! Malaysia's outfit was great!
  3. I once again don't know the guest judge, but I'm not hip
  4. You defintiely go all the way around the table
  5. Ah we gotta say "golden gal"

  10. Glad we're acknowledging that Sasha isn't old
  11. I like Ru's look
  12. Marcia's old lady makeup is too light
  13. Team Country's performance is great
  14. Not sure these metal outfits work (but who provided them?)
  15. "Can't keep it up then you're out of the will" was funny to me
  16. Oof the judges are not impressed by Team Hip Hop
  17. I think Team Country was my favorite
  18. Anetra looks sexy
  19. Jax's outfit isn't my favorite
  20. Loosey looks elegant
  21. Robin looks gorgeous
  22. Mistress is dramatic but great
  23. Luxx is fabulous
  24. Salina's outfit is not for me
  25. Marcia's look is funny
  26. Sasha took a twist on a classic print
  27. Aura looks awesome
  28. I'm not a huge fan of Spice's look
  29. Malaysia looks beautiful
  30. Oop we're telling Mistress to fix Marcia
  31. I knew Aura had that presence
  32. I thought Mistress was going to win
  33. Anetra looks mad at Aura winning
  34. I think Jax is winning but I can't really tell (I'm right)
  35. Next week is a comedy acting challenge!

Starting my parental journey, part 2

You can read part 1 here . Yesterday I began the next step of my parental journey. Ironically, it was starting birth control. This medicine helps prepare my ovaries for the egg retrieval process. It was weird taking the pill to prepare for my fertility journey because you typically think of the pill as ensuring you don't get pregnant. Mostly insurance stuff (as I'm sure comes as no surprise). But, thanks to a new benefit at work that started 1/1/24, my journey will be (mostly) covered. While, again, there were some bureaucratic hurdles that I had to overcome in order for this to all work out, I am immensely glad that it did work out. I am nervous though. In part I'm nervous about a lot of the practicalities of this step in my journey. For instance, I will have to inject myself with various medica...

15 ways to support me on my parental journey

I posted yesterday and in August, 2023 about starting my parental journey. If you're wondering how you can support me, here are some ideas I have at the moment (though these may change and also don't feel pressured to do any of these things).
