- Sit with your eyes closed and no music etc.
- Wash your face
- Give yourself a head massage
- Stretch
- Google images of things that make you happy
- Take a deep breath
- Write down your frustrations and then rip them up
- Repeat "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think" to yourself
- Walk away from your computer (this tends to be where my stress comes from at least)
- Cuddle a pet
- Scream into a pillow
- Look out a window
- Reach out to friends
- Write down what happened so you can talk to your therapist about it
- Drink some water
