  1. I am within the normal curve
  2. What I want matters
  3. I am trustworthy
  4. Even though I struggle, I am still doing a lot right
  5. I am working on it
  6. It's okay to feel how I feel
  7. I am launching my life
  8. I didn't cause it, I can't cure it, and I can't control it
  9. I am worthy of what I want
  10. No matter how I look, I am lovely
  11. I am resilient
  12. It's not too late
  13. I am strong
  14. I have tools to help myself
  15. I am building a community
