1. Space for scented candles
2. A styled but haphazard look
3. Be in a walkable neighborhood
4. Be located close to friends and family
5. Lots of creative storage space
6. Kids' rooms with blackboard paint on the walls
7. At least one chandelier
8. Garden gnomes
9. Solar panels
10. Holly
11. Birdhouses
12. A sandbox
13. Lots of wall space for art
14. Outlets everywhere I need one
15. Superb Wi-Fi
