A (hopefully) handy list. These are in no particular order.
- Take some deep breaths
- Unclench your jaw
- Scratch your head
- Close your eyes for a moment
- Mute your phone
- Do a grounding exercise
- Roll your shoulders
- Put on a long YouTube video of rain sounds or other sounds you find relaxing
- Remind yourself it's okay to take a break (say this out loud if you need to)
- Vent by writing (and then deleting or ripping up) what is stressing you
- Massage your temples
- Stand up and stretch
- Wash your face with warm water
- Drinks some water
- Ask friends for memes or whatever images make you smile
