Time for some blow ups?

  1. It is pretty funny to watch Edward and Marissa hate the industrial NJ smells
  2. Marissa, there are better ways to talk to this man
  3. Marissa, this is still a pretty nice apartment (especially for NYC)
  4. Edward, I'm less on your side now
  5. Aha Mallorie and Rasit got a bidet attachment
  6. Mallorie and Rasit need to learn how to talk about money productively
  7. Thomas, I can believe Paula may need to apologize, but you definitely need to 
  8. Living in a hotel for a week is different than moving across the world to a man who did not prepare for her
  9. Paula shouldn't have to beg for Thomas to realize she has needs
  10. Catie, you did choose to invite Ryan...like that was your choice
  11. Catie, you are crossing people's boundaries
  12. Catie...it is your crossing of boundaries that causes people to distance themselves from each other
  13. So...what do Ashia and Maxwell like about each other?
  14. Hey, Shea, why didn't you get rid of this stuff before Anabelle came?
  15. Anabelle, going home is a good plan
  16. Anabelle, Shea does have to have some contact with Nicole since they have a kid together, but he could put up some boundaries around when and how he communicates with her
  17. In my head, Shea was older than 54
  18. Marissa, sharing about how you got so used to being alone gives Edward a lot of insight into how and why you operate the way you do
  19. Omg Paula and Thomas are thinking of getting married on the Queen Mary

  21. Thomas's parents have to grow the fuck up
  22. Aw it's sweet to see Edward meeting Marissa's work friends

  24. Paula's tiny traveling stuff was so cute
  25. Thomas's dad is also a Thomas

  28. Allison, delights in causing drama
  29. Allison, get thee to therapy
  30. And, Shea, stop flirting with 21 year old women
  31. I wish Mallorie could've approached this conversation more gently
  32. Oops forgot to take notes on what's coming up next
  33. Well I'm sure it'll be dramatic
  34. And it'll be a wild ride
  35. Can't wait!

I'm angry

I'm angry. And I don't (at the moment) want to be talked out of it. I struggle, often, with expressing or even just sitting with my emotions. I feel like even the photo I chose for this post was more reserved or toned down than how I feel.  But, this is my trying. I'm not going to time this post, just going to write until I feel done, whenever that may be. In this post, I'm going to focus on the anger I feel around my dad and my dad's death. Though, don't get me wrong, I'm also angry about a lot of things going on in my city, in my country, and in the world. My dad chose alcohol over me and my brother. There is no way around this fact. Yes, when I am less angry, I can be more reasonabl and recognize that addiction is a disesase and he didn't have control over it. But, right now, I want to be angry. I want to get to be angry. I want to get to feel my feelings. I don't want to rationalize, I don't want to be reasonable, I don't want to be fair....
