15 things I did in Galena

I had an awesome Labor Day weekend trip to Galena. Here are some things I did.

1. Baked tasty chocolate chip cookies
2. Ate my first s'mores in years
3. Looked at a ton of stars
4. Workshopped different versions of flashlight freeze tag
5. Ended up crammed in a bathroom with a bunch of people during sardines
6. Went kayaking
7. Decided I needed to kayak more
8. Got into a very playfully contentious game of Catan
9. Revealed my deep fear of spiders
10. Played games in a lovely pool
11. Tried apple wine
12. Had my hair whipped around in a convertible
13. Found root beer with a werewolf on its label
14. Discovered too many people I knew hadn't seen Bend it Like Beckham
15. Saw three turtles
