Guess who is sick again?
- Rest
- Drink fluids
- Eat what makes you feel good
- Dress comfy
- Watch TV that doesn't require much attention
- Take a soothing bath
- Give yourself a massage
- Take time off work
- Treat yourself kindly in regards to responsibilities
- Take medicine if there are meds that will help
- Cuddle your pets (if you have them)
- Get cozy or cool depending on what temperature you're feeling
- Listen to something soothing whether that's the sound of rain or an audiobook
- Pamper yourself as much as you're able
- Do anything else that you find soothing (lighting candles, putting on lotion, yoga, etc.)
