15 ways to support me right now

I am in need of support these days. Here are some ways to do that.

Initiate conversation with me (text, DM, call, whatever floats your boat)
Provide me with food (gift card, cooking, reimbursing for takeout, going out with me, etc.)
Help me clean
Watch reality TV with me
Assist with sorting my dad's things
Go plant shopping with me
Put together some new things I bought with me
Hug me
Send me mail
Give me a safe space to cry
Be understanding when I'm not reaching out as much or am a bit distant even when we're in person
Brush and/or braid my hair
Scratch and/or massage my back
If you want to get me a thing, get in touch! I have a variety of things I want from small plant pals to larger furniture (if you want it to be a surprise--flowers and scented candles are always welcome)
Keep reaching out even as time goes on (I have a fear that people are going to forget)
