Just fantasizing a bit. These are in no particular order. 

  1. In unit washer and dryer
  2. Dishwasher
  3. Air conditioning
  4. Elevator if not a house or first floor unit
  5. Outdoor space (ideally private)
  6. 2+ bedrooms
  7. Bathtub
  8. Great light for plants
  9. Affordable
  10. Fun color (or HOA approval to paint it a fun color)
  11. Good location
  12. WiFi ready
  13. Reasonable HOA pricing
  14. Friendly neighbors
  15. Overhead lighting

15 facts about my dad

Just been thinking about some lighthearted facts I know about my dad lately.
