15 little things to help you relax even when it's difficult

A (hopefully) handy list. These are in no particular order. 

  1. Take some deep breaths
  2. Unclench your jaw
  3. Scratch your head
  4. Close your eyes for a moment
  5. Mute your phone
  6. Do a grounding exercise
  7. Roll your shoulders
  8. Put on a long YouTube video of rain sounds or other sounds you find relaxing
  9. Remind yourself it's okay to take a break (say this out loud if you need to)
  10. Vent by writing (and then deleting or ripping up) what is stressing you
  11. Massage your temples
  12. Stand up and stretch
  13. Wash your face with warm water
  14. Drinks some water
  15. Ask friends for memes or whatever images make you smile

15 facts about my dad

Just been thinking about some lighthearted facts I know about my dad lately.
