Thoughts on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 9, episode 7

Time for some family meetings.

  1. Ho boy I'm nervous for Julia
  2. Wow I don't think Julia is happy
  3. Shocker, Brandon hasn't practiced Russian much
  4. Great, we're going to spring fertility stuff on Julia's parents
  5. While I believe Natalie is genuinely upset, I do think there is some acting here
  6. GINO, FIND THIS WOMAN AN UBER
  7. I love this pot stirrer
  8. Matt is on the move!
  9. Aw Darcey really loves Georgi
  10. This instructor is cute AF
  11. Darcey, you could've learned a little more Bulgarian
  12. So Georgi speaks well of Darcey...that's good
  13. I mean like, maybe Georgi can find fulfillment in being a stepdad?
  14. I liked the onesie that Tigerlily picked out (it had teddy bears on it)
  15. While I'm with Brenda in regards to dressing kids colorfully being more fun, it is super not her business to tell Tigerlily how to dress her kids
  16. Brandon, do some Duolingo
  17. Brandon, this does seem like a you problem
  18. What are all of those books, Andrei?
  19. Andrei...masks might be a good plan
  20. Okay, like I don't like Andrei, but maybe let him finish the story first
  21. Yeah I'd be pissed if I was Libby
  22. Wow Georgi and Darcey did NOT talk plans
  23. Georgi...you don't check your payslips?
  24. Well that escalated quickly
  25. Are Brandon, Julia, and Julia's parents not on a bus tour where they say what everything is?
  26. Also, isn't there a lower (covered) level?
  27. "Explain American history" lol
  28. Russia is also big, Brandon
  29. Knowing the number president that Lincoln was is not as important as knowing what he did as president, Brandon
  30. If Brandon truly didn't know his parents were coming and setting this up, then I think Betty and Don were a little out of line
  31. Yeah, Andrei, you're not supposed to be mad at Chuck
  32. Georgi and Darcey seem to be resolving things (which I'm surprised by tbh)
  33. Gino...you've talked openly about using Viagra
  34. Adnan is being intense
  35. Wow Adnan called Tigerlily a demon...solid
  36. Next time Georgi brings Darcey home
  37. Next time Kara forgets that Guillermo said he didn't love and care about her
  38. Next time Libby asks if Andrei got their money back
  39. Next time Natalie tells Gino how she feels
  40. Next time Matt tells Jasmine how he feels?
  41. Next time Adnan is rude
  42. Next time Betty and Don are kinda rude tbh
  43. Next time Betty and Don storm out?
  44. Next time looks good
  45. Can't ait!

15 facts about my dad

Just been thinking about some lighthearted facts I know about my dad lately. When he was young, he had a goldfish named Lysander He introduced me to Star Trek At Christmas, he would tear up at It's a Wonderful Life He used to send me articles from his Yahoo email account that he thought I'd like We used to play a game called "Nightmare" where he would lie down and we'd jump around (and sometimes on) him He would clip possible recipes for us to try out of newspapers and magazines We bought him a Paddington Bear to take on trips because we feared he'd be lonely and he always took it He had teddy bears for three different holidays We once had such a hilariously difficult time building a gingerbread house that when some frosting ended up on the counter, I plopped a gumdrop on it and we laughed until we cried He and his sister were born about 11 months apart We would try recipes from Top Chef He kept gifts I made him, even when they weren't great At Christmas, ...

15 things you'll think about during your dad's latest hospital stay

This is meant to be a related piece to "15 things to do in your dad's hospital room," "15 Things You Find in Your Dad's Hospice Room," and "15 Things You Find When You Clean Out Your Dad’s Apartment" .  The Christmas lights at the nurse's station that should really have been switched for saccharine cupids by now What team decided to hang up a clearly labeled DRAFT safety sign Who comes up with the aliases they seem to use for trauma patients and how they decided on Redstone for your dad That his skin either looks like a bruised elephant or like sickeningly conflicting colors of thin paper mache Where you can possibly get food--you're shaky The patient in the ER somewhere with a lot of ammo, but no gun, or so they say Why the staff is being so happily loud and swearing...it feels discordant The used bandaid and gauze that are left on the floor of his ER room as he moves to his hospital room...the last proof he was there Having to do this a...

Just been thinking about some lighthearted facts I know about my dad. You can read "15 facts about my dad" here . He took piano lessons as a kid He sang in the church choir as a boy in Tennessee He had more than one glass pyramid home for tiny shrimp He had several lava lamps as I grew up He commissioned art based on a photo he took of the reflection of sun setting on his apartment building's windows He took me to see a live alligator at some sort of animal show He liked Turkish Delight He loved my grandma Helen's mac and cheese recipe (although he and I modified it to include more bread crumbs) He made my brohter and me tuna spaghetti pretty much once a week (though the exact origin of the recipe is forgotten beyond "found it in a magazine") He took my brother and me to a sleepover at the Field Museum (we slept by the totem poles) He took my brohter fishing and I was super jealous My grandpa Mischa used to buy him books consistently as gifts My brother wrot...
