Thoughts on RuPaul's Drag Race season 18, episode 2

Girl group challenge!

  1. Jane is not about the non-elimination
  2. So, Kenya, you were in the bottom two, but I do agree that DD's outfit should've been in the bottom
  3. Oop all of the rejects become their own team
  4. Wow, Vita is playing mind games
  5. Kenya remains immensely charming
  6. Discord, you're saying good stuff, but I've heard rumblings about you...
  7. My apologies to Dove Cameron, but I did have to look up why she's famous (but I am notoriously not hip--as evidenced by the fact that I said hip)
  8. "Studio 50 Whores" is quite funny
  9. I do like Athena so far, but she is just talking (though this then seems to be a pattern)
  10. The screaming was pretty funny
  11. Okay, so, see? Mia is actually singing!
  12. Kenya is singing too!
  13. Okay this second group is way better than the first (and, I think also better than the third)
  14. Jane is the best in her group
  15. Athena looks stunning
  16. Darlene's look is funny, but I'm not sure it celebrates her skin?
  17. Mandy's look is tongue-in-cheek and she looks stunning
  18. So DD is showing off her legs, but I'm so glad she emerged from that fluff
  19. Mia is sexy
  20. I literally exclaimed when Kenya revealed herself
  21. While I immediately see that Ciara is showing off her eyes, the drawn eyes distracted from her real eyes
  22. Nini's look has great texture, but I'm not sure I would've gotten it was brain (okay the close-up on the hat did help)
  23. Myki's look did make me laugh, but I wish the outfit underneath was more intricate
  24. Discord does have a distinct walk and she looks good, but it's not the most memorable to me
  25. Vita did really emphasize her favorite body part
  26. Briar had an interesting take, but it's not my favorite
  27. Jane's look is quite funny (including the uvula is A+)
  28. I wonder why Juicy perfers one leg over the other (Aha! Juicy explains!)
  29. Yeah..."Studio 50 Whores" was the weakest group
  30. Darlene, I want to send you love! Being sober is no easy journey
  31. Love that Ru both says that Darlene's name is dumb and that she loves it
  32. Okay, Athena getting blamed for her group is not fair
  33. "Disco, glamorous Shari Lewis" is a hilarious observation by Michelle
  34. Jane is a great winner
  35. I am glad Athena is safe as I like her a fair bit already
  36. Mandy, I am rooting for you but you gotta have a better exit plan
  37. Okay, Mandy did bring it after she escaped (And she deservedly wins)
  38. I also love this song! And, no, I hadn't heard it before because I am an old lady
  39. Next time is RDR Live!
  40. Looking forward to it!
